Debbie Isaiah

Technical Manager

× She coordinates the activities of the technical officers to ensure timely satisfaction of contractual deliverables and technical accuracy. She is responsible for proposal development and field coordination for public health research efforts. She reports to the Lead Consultant and has a wealth of experience in planning and implementation of various forms of surveys and health services research; training and capacity building; Monitoring and Evaluation; Human Resources Management; program design, analysis, and implementation.

Evelyn Nwabueze

Finance Officer

× She ensures program compliance with PMI’s accounting policy, donor requirements and generally accepted accounting principles through the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. She is also responsible for ensuring that accurate, complete and reliable financial information is maintained in the PMI’s program financial system, alongside effective control procedures. She works in establishing and implementing short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, and work plans. She also incorporate the highest standard of donor requirements into PMI’s office accounting process, and also responsible for Budget vs Actual Reviews with budget-holders.

Ifunanya Oguaju

Field Coordinator

× She is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of program and operations’ activities and adherence to logistic, human resource, administration and security procedures. She oversees opening, closing and/or regular running of one or more bases including management of all or part of support staff, program support activities, administration, and security of the base as well as coordination with program staff on the base level. She ensures that PMI procedures and donor regulations applicable to projects implemented in the region with regards to program, logistics, security, HR, and administration are closely followed.

Uzoamaka Akah

Program Officer

× Her role at PMI involves conducting literature reviews for Public Health research studies, technical report writing, qualitative data analysis, project field work and group work facilitation in projects across the country. Grace collaborates with other technical staff and administrative support staff to ensure completion of assigned tasks/projects.

Nkasi Obim Nebo

Founder & Director

× Nkasi is a Maternal Health Advocate and a humanitarian worker experienced in reproductive health and family planning. She believes that no woman should die while giving life, and that every pregnancy should be by choice, and well planned. Thus, her works to reduce the high rate of maternal death, and prevent population explosion through her initiative, across Nigeria. In this space, she oversees all the projects carried out at PMI. She works to continually develop an effective distribution line that will see women in rural communities’ access our lifesaving supplies, irrespective of their location at childbirth. So far, she has reached about thirty-seven thousand (37,000) women and has connected with about Four Hundred (400) traditional birth attendants since the year 2015. Her work has been further developed through more than a decade of engaging in medical intervention activities. She has a Doctorate degree in Healthcare Ministry, and other professional certificates in Emergency Medical Services, Epidemiology, Emergency Obstetric and New Born Care, Immunization Essential, and maternal Survival.

Sonia Biayeibo

Deputy Chairperson & Director

× She uses her skills in assisting and supporting PMI in providing leadership, through the governance arrangements, and also act as a confidante to the Chairman in the execution her role. She also assists and support in ensuring all Members of the Board, when taking up office, are fully briefed on the terms of their appointment and their duties and responsibilities.

Kelechi Udoh

Executive Secretary & Director

× Kelechi is an International Development Research professional with experience across several developmental areas including maternal and child health. Kelechi regularly provides managerial and technical oversight to large research projects. Kelechi is an avid team player and has an immense interest in humanitarian work. At PMI, he volunteers as a competent Executive Secretary with the goal to contribute to the efficiency of the overall activities at PMI.

Kiema Ogunlana

Finance Director

× Working alongside the CEO, is the Finance Director, who advises PMI on the best path of growth. She has overall control and responsible for all financial aspects of PMI’s strategy, and implement recommendations with the most cost-effective outcomes. She often manages and leads the finance team through difficult periods including month end, year-end and annual budgeting. She has excellent communication skills and suggests to other various departments at PMI on how to plan and manage their budgets. In our period of change and growth, she is critical; coordinating corporate finance and managing our policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions as appropriate. She monitors PMI’s business performance and cash flow. She oversees our budgets, supervises our account team and other finance department to ensure that everyone is sticking to the finance policy. She also develops PMI’s financial models, tackles competitor analysis and offers strategic planning for our organization.

Wale Ewedemi

Business Development Director

× He uses his expertise to identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcement, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. He Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities. He Screens PMI’s potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, and financials, also evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, and recommending equity investments. He develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. He closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. He also protects PMI’s value by keeping information confidential.

Ijeoma Nwankwo

Logistics Manager

× A seasoned Pharmacist with years of experience and interest in Public Health Education, and Health Promotion in Nigeria. Her key strengths is in Awareness on public health issues and cosmetic toxicology, Logistics Management, Marketing of ethical drugs, patient management and counselling, Monitoring and Evaluation, Health Management Information Systems e.g. LAMIS, DHIS, HMIS. She is motivated, an analytical thinker with effective communication skills, strong skills set in presentations, report writing and capacity building.
